Valentine Card

Materials:

Cardbase, Squirrel, and Scalloped Heart: Cardstock from Michaels

Polka Dot Pattern Paper:  Michaels

Ribbon: Michaels

Fancy google eyes:  Hobby Lobby

Cricut Cartridges used:  Create a Critter, George and Basic Shapes, and Doodlecharms

Tim Holtz Woodgrain and Cuttlebug Swiss Dot embossing folders

ColorBox Chestnut Roan Ink

EK Success Scallop punch

I designed card with my Gypsy. I welded two rectangles from George and Basic Shape Cartridge

Embossed one side of card with Tim Holtz woodgrain folder

I cut a Heart from Doodlecharms on one side of card and sized a scalloped heart 

to go around the cut out heart

Cut acorns from Doodlecharm cartridge and embossed the tops with Swiss Dot folder

Cut squirrel from Doodlecharm cartridge

Use scallop punch for white polka dot paper

Added red ribbon to border and made tiny red bow for squirrel

Mardi Gras Card
        Made this card for a friend as sort of a Thank You. We go too this Mardi Gras Ball  every year with them and these friends always have little gifts for everyone that sits at there at their table. I am putting a gift card to one of their restuarants they like to go to inside. Shhh , it is a surprise!!

 Materials;

Cardstock:  Michaels

Pattern Paper: I think it is some kind of handmade paper 

I bought at a local scrapbook store that unfortunately is 

not around anymore

Purple Glitter Paper(Michaels)

Mask: I cut the mask out that was on one of those Mardi Gras  handmade papers

and I embellished it with Stickles(purple, green, gold, and yellow )and with

rhinestones(Michaels). feathers(Michaels)

Ink: ColorBox Chalk (Wisteria)

foam tape

Purple rhinestone strip: I bought this at a scrapbook event that one of the vendors had

They sold strips by the foot. I just cut two rows from that strip.

Gold butterfly border and butterflies: Wausau Paper-Royal metallics(not sure if I 

got this at Michaels for Hobby Lobby

Flower: Michaels( it was white but I inked it blue and put stickles on

Pearls(Prima-Just say it with pearls)ordered from Two Peas in a Bucket

Stickles: Gold and Crystal

Ink: Quick dry fluid chalk ink(Blue Jay) not sure of the brand
